Best at providing the worst in service January 31st, 2023 Regus is the best at terrible service The office is nice, facilities for coffee are lacking as the catering company that served the building is gone. However we had the worst onboarding from regus: Double Billing, Products and services missing in portal, false late payment fees, constant back and forth with regus support. While most issues except for the fact our list of invoices are so dynamic for costs and services it's near impossible to understand due to all the mistakes it's been 5 months and we are still not entirely out of the woods. Contracts you make with regus are not aligned to a starting date and the billing portal is legacy and lacking an overview of information needed by a finance department to be able to manage contracts effectively. If you want an office in a company that really does not care about your company and an American culture that is process driven to the point its so inefficient REGUS is for you. If you are looking for a modern coworking experience where the customer satisfaction is a priority choose any other company. Reply from Regus: Hi Matthew, I'm sorry if you felt the need to escalate this. A member of my team provided you a complete and extensive breakdown of every invoice in your account; this shows that there are no "double billing issues" The account helpdesk and the centre are always available to help you understand anything that is not clear. Your claim that "Contracts you make with regus are not aligned to a starting date" is completely untrue; All agreements have a start date, and your coworking desk started on 1 September 2022, the date is visible on the front page of your agreement and my colleague provided this in his response. Our invoices are payable no later than on the 15th day of the month. If payment is not received by the due date, we incur administration in managing your overdue account and, though we would like to avoid charging you for this, we will need to pass on a late fee to you. You had an outstanding balance from 27 July 22 to 18 January 23, this triggered late payment fees and specific information was included in the breakdown you have received. We find it extremely unfair to make such a public and factually incorrect complaint when you are still actively in contact with a member of my team who has already provided all the information to all of the concerns you raise here. If you do have any further questions please feel free to direct them to the person you are already in contact with. Kind regards, Michelle Spire Assistant Global Customer Service at Regus Reply To Regus: You had an outstanding balance from 27 July 22 to 18 January 23, Well considering my account started in September and i had paid the deposits this makes no sense. Secondly its been confirmed by the local team that due to a glitch in your system you were charging me for all sorts from monthly coffee expenses i never asked for and due to your system having an error my contract was started twice hence why i dont agree with the late fees it was your error. Another thing: You have finally admitted i was overcharged and repaid me after 5 months I apparently had a service of Member Office 5 days which i asked for that was never visible in the portal or invoices but you were still taking 193 EUR a month which did cause some confusion for us hence why we thought that was double billing Accounts Team at Regus: It's very easy for you to sit on your high horse and make claim to me being unreasonable but Almere Team has had to make Ticket after Ticket After Ticket to get you to do anything about the errors and your reply paints an unfair view of the situation. And considering my portal only started to work in December i have had no such overview of my accounts thanks to all of this so maybe you are right about them starting on a calendar month but they dont start at the same time: First agreement Sep 01,2022 To Feb 28,2023 - € 103,50 per month Second agreement Mar 01,2023 To Aug 31,2023 - € 112,00 per month (everyone take notice that the 3rd office agreement we pay 193 for is not even present in the overview, this was sent from account dot helpdesk at regus.com) And again we raised these issues 5 months ago in fact so the fact we are still in contact shows how this is not a simple case of customer stupidity. Regus reviews and experiences with a virtual office

Are you considering a virtual office at Regus? On this page you can read Regus reviews of entrepreneurs and share your own experience. The comparison of providers involves more than one address: also the postal handling, contact with employees and the use of workspace play a part. A comprehensive review of Regus helps other visitors to determine what questions they want to ask before entering into an agreement.

About Regus

Regus rents office space, coworking spaces and meeting rooms and additionally offers virtual offices. The company operates internationally, with locations in the Netherlands. Within the services you will find various services for entrepreneurs looking for a business establishment, regularly working away from home or need space for appointments with customers. A business address, a day office and a fixed workplace are different products.

Business address, mail and additional services

Regus's virtual office services offer business addresses, mail handling and telephony services. What support you actually take depends on the chosen service and location. Anyone who specifically seeks an address has different needs than someone who furthermore wants to meet regularly. Therefore look separately at the arrangements for the address, the receipt of mail and the reservation of physical space. A virtual office does not automatically give unlimited access to all workplaces in the network.

Choose a Regus location

The choice of a virtual office often starts at the place where your company wants to be visible. For an entrepreneur who regularly receives customers, the accessibility of the building also counts. Think of the travel distance, public transport and the possibilities for visitors. If you work in different places, then investigate which access package is compatible with that use. Consult the current location offer on Regus's official website; availability and facilities may vary per location.

What are you paying attention to in a Regus review?

A Regus review becomes clearer when the author identifies which location and service have been used. For example, an experience with a fixed office does not say everything about the processing of mail for a virtual office. When reading reviews, also note the explanation: was the contact with customer service clear, agreements were kept and was it clear how changes in the agreement worked? Both positive and negative experiences can provide useful points of attention.

Regus experiences in different ways of working

A self-employed person who occasionally receives a customer evaluates an office other than a team that works there several days a week. When reading Regus experiences therefore think of what situation resembles yours. For a virtual office, the accessibility of the contact person can outweigh the design of a shared workspace. Use the explanations in the reviews to sharpen your own wishes and then discuss them with the chosen location.

Write your Regus review

Did you use Regus yourself? Then describe how the application, daily use and contact with employees went. For example, tell us if you could get questions about mail or a reservation answered properly. If you experienced a problem, then explain what happened and how it was responded to. You don't have to only write a positive or negative review: a nuanced story simply gives other entrepreneurs more useful information. Share only your own experience and do not place private data on employees or other customers.
