Mindspace reviews and business address services
Mindspace offers virtual offices in addition to co-working, private offices and meeting roomss. In the Netherlands the provider mentions locations in Amsterdam and Utrecht. The virtual office pertains to a business address with mail processing and reception service. Workspaces and meeting roomss are available on request. Mindspace may therefore suit entrepreneurs who mainly work remotely but also want somewhere to meet customers. The amenities you use depend on the location and services you choose.
Experiences with Mindspace
When comparing Mindspace experiences, the daily handling of correspondence is especially relevant. How are you notified when mail arrives? Can you collect documents easily and how are additional requests processed? Mindspace also mentions optional telephone answering and local phone numbers. Ask in advance which parts are in your agreement. An experience with coworking does not automatically say anything about the quality of a virtual office; for a useful comparison it must be clear which service someone has actually used.
What to consider when reviewing Mindspace
In a Mindspace review, be aware of the location, the accessibility of the team and the way in which agreements are met. A central location can be pleasant if you visit regularly, while the postal service weighs more when you engage remotely. Also describe how the request for extra workspace or a meeting room went. Such concrete examples help visitors more than a general compliment or a isolated complaint without explanation.
