Experiences with OF-US / VirtualOffices.nl
For OF-US experiences it is important how contact with the chosen location went. Were you properly informed about incoming mail and were you clear on what action to take yourself? The provider mentions notifications and digital support to the address service. Ask in advance which options are in your package and how to get original documents. An entrepreneur who picks up documents in Assen uses the service differently than someone who works exclusively digitally from another region. Provide that context in a review.
What to consider when reviewing OF-US / VirtualOffices.nl
An review of OF-US or VirtualOffices.nl can also be about reception and additional space, when you have used it yourself. Describe reservation, access and coordination with the team separately from the postal service. The availability of a meeting room does not mean that it pertains to every virtual office indefinitely. In addition, discuss the intended address usage and the application documents in advance. Reviews on clear explanations and meeting agreements can help to compare visitors without suggesting a general registration guarantee.
