How our reviews work

Follow these steps to write a review on our website:

1. Find the company using the search function or the virtual office directory. If it is missing, you can suggest a company.
2. Open the company’s page and select “Write a review” to reach the review form.
3. Describe your own experience. Include useful information that helps other visitors understand the service you used.
4. Give the company a rating from 1 to 5 stars for service, price and location.
5. Complete the required fields and security question, then select “Submit review”.

We check new reviews before publication. Submitting a review does not make it appear immediately. Reviews must meet our guidelines to be approved.

Guidelines

1. Give honest and respectful feedback about the company and its services. Insults and false information are not permitted.
2. Be specific about what you are reviewing so that other visitors can understand your experience.
3. Describe your own experience and expectations. Something that was not important to you may matter to another visitor.
4. Use the review form to discuss the company and its services. Other topics belong on a suitable platform.
5. Respect other people’s privacy. Do not include private information about yourself or others in your review.
