How can I leave a review?
Use the search function to find the company, then open its profile and select “Write a review”. Describe your own experience, whether positive or negative, and give a rating for service, price and location. Your feedback helps other visitors compare virtual offices.
Do I have to provide my email address or other personal details?
A name and email address are required to submit a review. Your email address stays private and is used only to contact you about your review. You do not need to create an account or confirm your email address.
Can I leave a review anonymously?
You can choose a display name. Your email address is required but is not shown publicly alongside your review.
Are insults or incorrect information allowed in a review?
No. Reviews must be honest, respectful and based on facts. Describe problems professionally and focus on your own experience. You can also contact the company to try to resolve the issue. Reviews that do not meet the website’s guidelines may be removed.
Can I change or delete my review later?
You can request a change or removal by emailing info@findyourvirtualoffice.nl. Explain which review you mean and what you would like changed. Requests are assessed individually and are not always granted. Before submitting a review, check that you are comfortable with its contents being public.
How can I review a company that is not listed?
You can suggest a company by providing its name and official website. We check the suggestion before publishing a profile. Once it has been approved, visitors can leave reviews on the company’s page. A company may not be added if it does not meet our guidelines.
Can I review a virtual office I used a long time ago?
Yes. Recent experiences are particularly useful to visitors making a decision, but you can also share an older experience if it contains relevant, helpful information. Make clear which service you used and describe what you personally experienced.
